Jason Lane Fenton is a writer, director, producer, and actor of both stage and screen local to the Boston area. He is President of Visually Sound Pictures LLC, where he has produced a number of independent features, shorts, and web series.
The Dog Stalker, a dramedy series in which an eccentric dog walker stalks one of his clients, has been nominated for "Best Dramedy" at the NYC Web Fest (2017). His short film Airhead has been selected for The Boston International Film Festival (2016), The Boston Film Festival (2015), The Boston Cinema Census (2015), and was among Project Greenlight 2015’s Top 200 selections. Additionally, his feature-length screenplay, Infinity, received the First Runner-Up Award at The Beverly Hills Film Festival 2013.
Jason has received multiple awards and nominations from the Eastern Massachusetts Association of Community Theatres. Some of his standout performances include Brian Dowd in Jerry Finnegan’s Sister, Tyler Shaw in Brooklyn Boy, Steve in The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, and Joe Farkas in The Last Night of Ballyhoo (Winner for Best Supporting Actor in a Straight Play).
Whether it’s acting, filming, photographing or writing, Jason pursues creativity in its many varied and mesmerizing forms.
